The course consists of:
Transportation from the Atenaion Residence to the family homes
where you will participate in the preparation of authentic local
dishes.
The itinerary will include visits to villages specializing in
the preparation of seafood as well as those specializing in traditional
peasant cooking. The dishes prepared will be eaten on site. In
this way you will be able to learn about our culinary culture
and participate in the preparation of meals. Visit also the marvelous
coast, the ancient fortified farmhouses and the villages of inner
Salento where the greco-salentino culture is still alive.
PRODUCTS USED: home-made pasta, local salento vegetables,
olive oil, wine, bread, fish and meat.
LODGING
You will be housed in very comfortable, peaceful and quiet
facilities at the Atenaion Residence. Comfort and cleanliness
are of prime importance for us.
The lodging consists of 1, 2, 3 or 4 person complete units with
kitchenette and private bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are provided by the management.

Effective from October 1st to May 30th
During Christmas and New Year's weeks, Easter weeks and the
months of June and September there is a 30% surcharge. In July
there is a 40% surcharge and in August there is a 50% surcharge.
